Rembeck's site development concept reaches its preliminary conclusion and climax
With the purchase of the new site in Massing in 2010, Rembeck entrusted Prilhofer Consulting with the master planning and development of a step-by-step plan for the gradual development of the new production site.
In a first step, a new production hall for stationary formwork was built in 2011, which was already planned and designed by Prilhofer Consulting for the future installation of a pallet carousel system for floor slabs and double walls.
At the same time, a new mixing plant for both ready-mixed and factory concrete was built and the future concrete transfer to the pallet carousel plant was also designed. The mixing plant was also expanded with a second mixer. After two further expansion stages of the production hall and office extension by 2018, Prilhofer Consutling began detailed planning and tendering for the highly automated pallet circulation system and reinforcement production in 2021, which was put into operation in 2023.
This marked the preliminary conclusion of the strategic planning by Prilhofer Consulting and Rembeck for the development of the site in Massing.
Rembeck KG wanted to secure its investment in the new company site in terms of planning and to have its long-term goals confirmed by reliable concepts even before the first construction work on the site began.
This site development planning was carried out and implemented in close cooperation with Prilhofer Consulting.

2000 - Advise on the modernization of the reinforcement production
2011 - Master planning of Siemensstrasse site, concept for batching plant and rough planning of future pallet carousel system
2012 - Master planning, tendering and project coordination of the batching plant
2018 - Conceptual development of the pallet carousel system
2021 -2023 Master planning, tendering, project coordination, commissioning and acceptance of the pallet carousel system and reinforcement production as well as expansion of the batching plant
The company Rembeck KG, founded in 1936 as a construction business with a focus on agricultural construction, recognized the importance of rationalization in the construction industry as early as 1953 and built a hall for the production of concrete products. Rembeck has also been producing prefabricated floor slabs since 1967.
With the construction of a further production site in Massing in 2011 and the subsequent investment in a highly automated pallet carousel system in 2023, Rembeck KG is perfectly equipped for the challenges of the future.
