Project management for your new precast concrete plant

Professional support until start-up

We do the overall project coordination, that is the organizational and technical coordination between all parties involved in the project. In order to avoid delays and to cover "grey areas" in the project, we serve as the main point of contact coordinating all possibly occurring questions and all necessary contacts. With Prilhofer Consulting, you benefit from all the advantages of the precast concrete building system.

Start-up of your precast concrete production

Some components of our professional project management

  • We provide an overall time schedule. This time schedule gives all project participants an overview of their performances and it is the guideline for the project execution.
  • We coordinate and monitor the assembly of machines, the commissioning of the plant and installation of the IT infrastructure.
  • Continuous controls of the project progress ensure a fast assembly and start-up.

You save a lot of time and money with Prilhofer Consulting.

Start-up and acceptance of your precast concrete production

We monitor the start-up and acceptance of your plant because the different areas of the factory need to be put into operation at the same time. We check your plant for its specification-compliant delivery and functioning during the acceptance process. During this phase, we are your partner for every decision.
